A very simple script that needs to add volume above the cable trays in order to “reserve” that volume for cable tray access.
The script will take cable trays and fittings, convert them to solid and translate that geometry in +Z direction for the maximal cable tray height value. After that, the script should import that geometry in your project and add color and change the transparency of those new elements.
Please make sure that before you start using this script that you back up your existing project model.

We need a link between elements in Revit and Excel. We can not just say all cable trays 300×60 will now be 200×60. If we can use Service Type or any other identifier to link Revit elements and data in Excel than we can do it.
