This Dynamo script has a user-friendly interface that helps you manage imported and linked AutoCAD (CAD) files in your Revit project. The interface displays the name of each CAD file, its status (whether it’s Linked or Imported), and the workset to which it’s assigned.
You can then choose from the following options:
Delete and generate a report for the selected AutoCAD files,
Delete selected AutoCAD files from the model or
Generate a report listing all AutoCAD files with their status and workset (the user does not need to select AutoCADs).
All reports will be in Excel with the same information that UI shows.
Before using this script, please back up the existing project model.
